"I have just returned from a trip to Europe which is  easily my favorite tour so far of the many trips I have taken.  Even though my husband and I were traveling to several different cities and countries, this trip was stress-free, and  that is entirely due to the diligent  work of our travel agent, Caroline Rogers. 

When  we decided  to  spend  some time in Italy before and after getting on a sailboat in Split, Croatia,  I  knew I would need  help not  only in planning but arrangements for getting from  one place to  the other.  Caroline had all the answers, from which airports and airlines  flew directly to Split to who could meet us at the airport and take us to our hotel.  This was especially  important for our stay in the old  palace in Split, where you cannot drive into the  city but have to  know where to get dropped off outside  the  wall at one  of the gates. Then you need to know the contact person at the hotel  who meets you  at the gate  and takes  your  luggage through the narrow streets to the hotel. 

When  we flew  into Venice, she made  arrangements for us to be met by a  boat at the airport which  then delivered us to  the canal side entrance of our hotel.  She  arranged for an English  speaking driver  to pick us up in Split then drive us three hours south to Dubrovnik, with a two hour stop in Ston for lunch and a visit  to the  Great Wall of Europe, second in size to the wall  in China.  We would  never  have known to ask to stop  there if she hadn’t told us about that  opportunity.

To say  that she is knowledgeable and experienced is  an understatement.  She is all of that  and more, suggesting various tours and  events that we may not want to miss.  But more  than that, Caroline is a very warm and friendly person, who quickly responded to all  of my questions even though we were many time zones away.  I don’t ever want to take a trip without her guidance in the future!  With  her  help, my  husband and I truly  relaxed and  enjoyed ourselves.  She is great!"
